Thank you for choosing Cleveland Vinyl Co for your flooring needs. Our shipping policy is as follows:
Shipping Method:
All orders will be shipped via freight as our flooring is delivered in pallets or crates. For bulk orders, we may ship in containers. We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.
Shipping Timeframe:
Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process and package. Delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping carrier's transit time. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking
information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Delivery Requirements:
Please note that deliveries are made to curbside or loading dock only. It is your responsibility to unload the shipment from the truck and bring it inside your facility. You will need to have a forklift, pallet jack, or other appropriate equipment to handle the delivery. If you require additional assistance, please contact us before placing your order to arrange for additional services.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and send you a replacement order as soon as possible. If your shipment is lost in transit, we will also work with the carrier to locate the shipment or send you a replacement order.
International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns Within 30 Days:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase only for eligible products and under the following conditions:

The product must be in original, resellable condition.

The return must be pre-approved by Cleveland Vinyl Co.

A restocking fee of $0.75/sqft applies to Cleveland Vinyl Co. branded products.

For other brands or special-order items, return eligibility and fees may vary depending on the supplier.
Some products may be non-returnable.

Return Process:
1. Contact Us
Email us at Support@ClevelandVinylCo.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a return.

2. Approval & Instructions
We will confirm if the product is eligible for return and provide instructions, including the return address.

3. Arrange Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment to one of our Cleveland Vinyl Co locations.
4. Inspection
All returns are inspected upon arrival. Products must be unopened and in original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
5. Refund or Exchange
If approved, your return will be processed with the applicable restocking fee deducted. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
