Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Cleveland Vinyl Co for your flooring needs. Our shipping policy is as follows:
 

Shipping Method:
All orders will be shipped via freight as our flooring is delivered in pallets or crates. For bulk orders, we may ship in containers. We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.


Shipping Timeframe:
Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process and package. Delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping carrier's transit time. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking
information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before you confirm your purchase.


Delivery Requirements:
Please note that deliveries are made to curbside or loading dock only. It is your responsibility to unload the shipment from the truck and bring it inside your facility. You will need to have a forklift, pallet jack, or other appropriate equipment to handle the delivery. If you require additional assistance, please contact us before placing your order to arrange for additional services.


Damaged or Lost Shipments:
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and send you a replacement order as soon as possible. If your shipment is lost in transit, we will also work with the carrier to locate the shipment or send you a replacement order.


International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for considering our products at Cleveland Vinyl Co. We understand that you may have concerns about returns, so we have put in place the following policy to help you with your purchase decisions.


Shipping: Our flooring products are delivered in pallets or crates and, in some cases, in containers, through freight shipping. Please note that we do not accept returns due to the high cost of shipping.


Damaged or Defective Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. To help us resolve the issue, please provide photographs of the damaged or defective product, and any relevant details.


Refunds: In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.


Cancellations: We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund, minus any applicable fees.
 

Returns Within 30 Days:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Cleveland Vinyl Co. That's why we offer returns within 30 days of your initial purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your order, please follow our return process below.

Restocking Fee:
Please note that returned boxes are subject to a restocking fee of 75 cents per square foot. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing, inspecting, and restocking returned products.

 

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of your purchase. You can reach us at Mike@ClevelandVinylCo.com.

  2. Arrange Return: After contacting us, we will guide you through the return process. You will be responsible for arranging the return shipment to one of our Cleveland Vinyl Co locations. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged for transport.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. This includes verifying that the product is in its original condition and suitable for restocking.

  4. Refund or Exchange: Based on the inspection results, we will process your return. If the product meets our criteria, we will proceed with the refund or exchange, minus the applicable restocking fee.
