Reservation of Flooring

Deposit Requirements:

At Cleveland Vinyl Co, we understand that securing the right flooring in advance is crucial for your upcoming projects. To reserve your chosen flooring—whether it is currently in stock or expected at our warehouse—you are required to place a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total purchase price. This deposit guarantees that the flooring will not be sold to other customers and will be held exclusively for you.

Collection of Reserved Flooring:
Once the reserved flooring arrives at our warehouse and is made available to the customer, it must be picked up or scheduled for delivery within two weeks (14 days). We encourage customers to arrange for timely collection to avoid incurring additional costs.

Storage Fees:
If the flooring is not picked up or a delivery is not scheduled within the two-week period, a storage fee of $25 per pallet per week will be charged. This fee compensates for the space occupied and the resources utilized to maintain the customer’s flooring in our warehouse beyond the allotted time.

Important Notes:

Customers will be notified immediately once their reserved flooring is available for pickup or delivery.
Storage fees begin accruing the day after the two-week deadline and will be billed weekly.
All fees must be paid in full before the flooring can be released for pickup or delivery.
